Parent/Carer Survey

Parent/Carer Survey

If you are a parent/carer, or are expecting a baby, we would like to know your views on childcare in RCT, even if you do not currently use childcare.

Completing this survey will help us identify potential gaps in childcare provision.

All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win tickets to Santa’s Toy Mine at Rhondda Heritage Park (terms and conditions apply).

Complete the survey online here https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=147384648203 or telephone the Family Information Service on 0800 180 4151 (or freephone from mobiles 0300 111 4151) if you would like a paper copy or for more information.

The survey will close on 11th November 2016.
